Students must meet the admission requirements and be admitted into both 学位课程 according to the processes of each of the participating academic units in order to pursue a dual degree program.
Individuals may apply to the M.P.H. degree program concurrently with application to the School of 社会工作 or following their admission to the School of 社会工作; however, admission to the dual degree program is contingent upon admission to both the M.P.H. 和M.S.W. 学位课程.

Students must maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 in all graduate/professional 课程.
Students must earn a B- or better in all required M.P.H. 课程. 选择性米.P.H. 课程 may be passed with a C or better.
